    You have the worst customer service.

    I will sue you.
    My flight 1633 from turkish airline had 3 hr and 45 min delay because of aircraft mechanical issue. So, I missed my connection flight with air canada.
    There is no one from Turkish airline in munich airport right now. The counter is closed. I had to sleep on the airport.
    Turkish airline should have given me a hotel and send me with next flight.
    You should sort this think right away and fully refund my ticket fee.
    This is the worst experience I could have.
    I spoke for 4 hours on the phone with international turkish airline agent and after waiting for 4 hours on the phone they told me they cannot do anything and need to wait for their airport counter to open.
    This is ridiculous.
    You should have reported to air canada directly from istanbul airport about aircraft issue and delay.

    Do not use Turkish Airlines. Turkish Airlines HATES AMERICANS! Was forbidden to take a flight after paying for a ticket to Sri Lanka. Guards at gate said I needed a Visa to stand inside Delhi Airport a few hours to wait for connecting schedule. I looked when purchasing ticket and there was nothing posted anywhere about needing a visa to stand inside Delhi Airport to wait for connecting schedule. I had to buy a second ticket to get to my final destination and it is refusing a refund, It lost my luggage for two months. There is/was no requirement for visa to stand in airport to wait for connecting schedule. Just a way to steal from Americans. Turkish Air HATES Americans and steals from them.

    Have just had worst customer service ever! Flight cancelled so they booked me on another flight at 23:45 arr 01:20am next day. I tried to call and complain and change flight BUT: tried talking to customer services in London but I am unable to communicate as their english is very poor and are unable to explain anything (I tried twice..).
    I then got through to someone who first asked me for the ticket number as the TK airlines reservation ref is ‘not convenient for them..’ and then said as this change is a domestic flight they cannot help me (despite the fact that I am in London – I thought you are an international airline..??) and tried to out me through to TK support desk – for which I waited for a long time with no response……
    I also tried to change it online both on mobile and on the computer but your website keeps failing… (as a nite your app and website are very poor….)

    Booked air travel from MN to Israel and when we got to Boston ( flying Jet blue first flight ) before we boarded to Turkish airline we were told that we are not allowed on the plain because we require visas. I am an American citizen and my passport does not expire for another 2 years but was told that I am required travelers visa and was not allowed on the plain. Had to spent the night at the airport and fly back home the next day. Turkish airline refuses to talk about this situation and we planned this trip for over a year and spent over $8,000 on hotel and tour guide and airline tickets . They refuse to refund the money or take fault for their actions. We had a group of 36 people and all the others did not take Turkish airline and made it to Israel and back just fine. I will never fly this airline again or tell others to buy tickets from them .
