    We had an awful flight with Turkish airline last night.
    We flew back to Shiraz but they didn’t deliver our luggage and told us you should wonder if they come tomorrow or a day after tomorrow and wait for calling !
    Only few passengers received their luggage because they had carried the luggage of previous flight wih us and about 140 passengers went home without luggage while some of them had flight to second destination with domestic airlines today morning so got in terrible trouble.
    We also have some minor problem during the flight for example the stewardesses were not quick enough to serve the dinner and coffee .It took near all 3 hrs of our  flight to do that  and interfered wih walking of passengers toward the toilets and other purposes .

    Since 7-8 years I am Elite Class customer. I’m viewing my status always from THY mobile application. Last year mobile app was showing me 10,862 miles needed in the first year to extend Elite Class 2 years more, instead of buying the cheapest promotion tickets, to complete these miles I’ve bought upper level tickets and made an additional Ankara-Bodrum flight and spend nearly 500$ more to get 11,426 miles in June 2019. Unfortunately when I check in July my Elite status was not extended. When I asked the reason they answered as it was a system mistake information, I need 26,124 miles to continue my Elite status. 4 times I tried to explain THY written in e- mail and over the phone hours I’ve spent from USA,they did not offer a single solution to their Elite Status customer. They never cared for any solution. I work for BMW since 23 years and in premium segment Turkish Airlines Customer Relations is the WORST I’ve ever seen!!

    It is less expensive than other companies to go from Europe to Asia. The service is OK, the food also. They never lost our luggage.
    The big issue is that there is really not enough leg room compared to other companies on the same price range. I would not recommend on long trips (10 hours) it if it is only 200€ cheaper than another company.

    the worst experience i had with an airline and staff. whoever is reading this from Somalia i recommend Ethiopia Airline. Turkish Airline refused to let some people board the plan myself included for no reason and on top of they ask extra charges to change their tickets.

    that is one of many problems the citizens of Somalia are facing in Mogadishu. i thank god that other airlines started to work in Somalia because if they didn’t come the Turks would have their way and they would have gotten away with it since the functioning Government here don’t have a say over them. so you can figure out rest.
