    I arrived at the check-in desk 1 hour 20 minutes before my flight and the manager barked at me that they closed the registration half an hour ago. Closing check-in almost two hours before a flight is just ridiculous! This makes me believe that they oversold tickets and closed registration when filled up all seats. I lost a lot of money and time because of this. Very disappointed, will not choose this airline again.

    Take care of customer….just a platitude. They do not care at all after they take your money.
    I bought a round trip ticket early in April 2021 to fly in July 2021 fly to the USA. Their website still states that there is no problem to change the tickets until 31 December 2021 BUT…
    I have been communicating (calls, e-mails) for almost one month and asking to change my round-trip ticket for another date (even though the original date on my ticket is canceled by Turkish). I demand an exact date, but Turkish representatives are delaying by giving me formal answers copy-pasted from their website
    Now their system is a mess; my ticket overview shows that I still have a valid ticket for a date that Turkish canceled all flights, and I have unconfirmed options for flights for my desired date made by Turkish Airlines that can not be confirmed and Turkish is convincing me to refund me with points or money ???
    My demand was as simple as it could be to change my traveling dates for a valid round ticket for an exact date.
    Trust is important in the business today; Turkish airlines definitively do not deserve it.

    The rudest staff and flight attendees ever. They tried to take money from passengers, and do whatever it takes to let you miss your flight. In long transit (12 hours) they will try thier best not to give you a hotel room, if you insist, they will waist time and give you 3 hours in the hotel. My flight was from US, and they asked me for my first flight ticket which was a month earlier!!!

    Very good food even on 2.5 hour long flight , flew 2 flights from Minsk to Istanbul and Istanbul to Los Angeles, there service was great and during Covid the hygiene kits were a nice touch
