Flew from Bangkok to Bangalore, that we’re using an old Boing 700_200, nothing much to brag about, terrible rude staff who just cannot take a feedback, I found hair in my salad which I wanted to report as a feedback as it could be any of us eating it in future,

It was dismissed from the air hostess that it was just a price of brush when washing dishes which sounded even more awful, I asked them if they expect us to eat such food, also to note no one came to me inspire of pressing the call button ,I was able to talk to them only once they came to collect trash,

After so much discussion all they did was get me a feedback form,in the meantime I saw another passenger complaining to the head stewerdes of no service and was just confronted by her, my regional airport line Air India is much much better I must agree.
Then I called the head stuvardess to hand over the feedback form, I just said here is my compaint, app did did was too it from me and a rude thank you and walked away did not even bother to ask what happened as she was not in a mood to listen to the word complaint.

I will never fly Thai airways ever again and will not recommend to anyone.

My husband & I flew Thai with our 18 month old son (no seat) return from Melb-Oslo in June 2017. In all they were OK, nothing extraordinary but nothing terrible either.
They do insist it’s safer to hold your child than use an infant seatbelt, which seems strange & at odds with other airlines.
When booking we requested more room since we were travelling with a toddler on our laps, & thankfully were given a bulkhead row. They also offered to hold the 3rd seat free if space permitted. This sounded too good to be true & was, as on 3 of the 4 legs the seat was filled. This was a bit disappointing as they seemed to just give the seat away willy-nilly to anyone who asked for it without any reason (anyone who has travelled with a toddler knows it’s truly justified!). There was also a very loud passenger sitting elsewhere who several times came and stood in the isle to talk to a passenger behind us. He was intoxicated, very loud & disruptive, ultimately waking me and my baby (and the 20 or so surrounding passengers). Whilst not directly Thai Airway’s responsibility, is was a right old pain since it’s hard enough to get a baby to sleep on a plane, let alone sleep yourself.

We flew return Melbourne to Bangkok. My husband is 6 foot 4 inches tall and we had requested exit row seats. Both legs we were told none were available and on the return flight we could not sit together, which I wa not happy about at all. The food was awful. I ordered a vegetarian meal and bith legs I was given club sandwiches with stale bread and mashed potatoes and peas and carrot as a filling, also mushrooms set in thick white sauce as another filling …disgusting! You are not allowed to take water on board but I couldnt get a drink of water off anyone. I was given a small bottle with the first “meal” and asked for more and the flight steward said I had already had some. Really!! We will not fly with them again!! I would rather pay more and upgrade to a better airline.

    Very disappointing.
First time with Thai Airways and hopefully the last. The first leg of the journey was fine, the second was awful.
They’ve clearly gone for the tightest configuration possible on the A380; I’ve literally never had such little legroom – even the budget local airline I flew with a couple of days earlier provided more legroom on a 1 hour flight!
Also you’d think the best staff would be on the A380 routes, but they were generally inferior to the staff on the short-haul and one in particular was far and away the rudest most arrogant air steward I’ve ever encountered – it’s a mystery what Thai Airways’ HR department is doing allowing someone like that onto one of their planes – not fit for any job that requires customer interaction.
    Some other comments:
Their ‘butter’ is just not; it’s like eating particularly cheap 1980s margarine.
2 out of 3 usb ports in our row were broken – do they not check these things?
Perhaps an airline offering 12-hour overnight flights should provide disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste… lots do.
Food-wise ‘slightly below average’ is probably the fairest rating.
Also the ground crew were truly clueless; the slowest I’ve ever seen a che

Disgraceful airline, had to be bused from aircraft into the terminal, notwithstanding the fact there were empty gates everywhere! Staff were less than helpful. The food was bland at best and there was no breakfast service? The business lounge does not serve champagne or wine but does serve terrible food! Nor does the lounge have a shower, although I was told another lounge 15 minutes walk away does have a shower. The lounge is tired and grubby, the cloth seats faded and worn and discoloured. I’ll never fly Thai again
