Thai Airways is a full-service carrier known for attentive cabin service and good Thai catering. A comfortable flat-bed business cabin is available on the Airbus A350 and Boeing 787. Older Boeing 777 cabins are tired and connectivity is limited across the fleet. A large 787-9 order will progressively replace the oldest aircraft, so the experience should become more consistent. Regional flights on the Airbus A320 are more basic, with a recliner seat at the front and no seatback entertainment.
