Bad experience – travelled from Kathmandu to Chicago. Missed connecting flight at Istanbul and kept making excuses and made us stay in the airport initially saying there was no airport hotel , then citing visa issues and finally policy. Flight itself was ok. Would avoid Turkish airlines at all cost.
