    People reviewing here are insane with extremely low education.
    1) The airline is NOT responsible for your LOST suitcases, the ground services that is ANOTHER COMPANY (no matter if it is called Turkish Ground Services etc.)
    2) Flights to close destinations can be delayed because the same airplane is doing the round trip. When you are flying to close distance from Ataturk CHECK and you will see that YOUR airplane is coming from YOUR destination (with people of your country to IST) and 100% the delay is at YOUR destination airport.
    3) I am flying constantly 7 years now me, my friends, my family, our family friends, our grandparents and so on only with Turkish Airline (we are not Turkish people by the way) and we had NO PROBLEM ever with baggage, with check in, with the attitude of the people etc.
    4) Ataturk is very small and extremely busy. Turkish minister has apologized in public to all tourists for the trouble they might have, that they cannot find an empty seat etc in Ataturk. They are building at the moment the biggest airport in the world with a volume of 150 million people per year.
    5) How can you review an airline from ONE trip? I had terrible experience with British and with Qantas but I flew once. I will not state my opinion , it is simply false.
