    I flew from Bangkok to Sydney on TG 475 on Tuesday 16th February at 17:50. Our flight was four hours delay and passengers were told to wait on the aircraft. I have never seen any airline make their passengers sit on the aircraft go fix a technical issue for four hours! Just to save money, thai airways didn’t send their passengers to the lounge and restaurant. This was extremely horrible…

    A few people have called in directly to Thai airways to complaint but we’ve been told to write an email, no replies what so ever.

    Anytime there’s a complaint, they are only able to say one thing ‘we are sorry and we hope to make it better next time.’ That’s a copy paste email with no hospitality service skill of any sort.
