    On our last trip with SW. our luggage arrived at our destination open and with half the items in the luggage missing. I have submitted a claim but no resolution yet. On our way back home our luggage was damaged. They gave me a credit for another flight with this company. A week later my husband received an alert on his credit report of a collector negative charge from this agency. We have never received a bill, call nothing to indicate we are in debt. But our credit report reflects a collection. I would stay clear from this company. Only headaches to come with them.
