We recently booked a return flight to Malaga from east midland. We checked in on line , and arrived 50 minutes before the flight was due to depart. We was asked for boarding passes which we had never received online . When we went to the desk we was told to go to , they couldn’t help and sent us to another. Four staff on that desk couldn’t help and sent us to another desk . The member of staff on that desk checked out details and agreed we had checked in , but was unable to issue is with boarding passes . By the time she agreed to do them she told us that check in had now closed and she was unable to do so . And when we offered any sort of argument she decided then that we hadn’t actually checked in and all she wanted to do was sell us more flights . I’m very disappointed in the attitudes of the staff on all three desks and the reluctance to sort out any of the problem . It wouldn’t of been as bad if the things we was told hadn’t changed half way through , and the fact when we originally asked for help we still had time before check in closed . I’ve flown regularly with Ryan air , and have family that do . But that will be the end of that , they have lost a customer .
