Low price doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be treated like a human being and this is what you have with them.

There are so many things wrong, that I don’t know what to emphasize as the worst. The worst was waiting for hours with no news on when the plane will come, no simple “sorry” when they decided finaly to drag a plane, and complete ignorance of basic flight rules.

Not to mention feeling as you were in a middle of commercial break in the plane, with them yapping all the time and begging you to buy stupid scratch cards, perfumes and so on. No restfor a second.

I won’t even mention the expensive food.

Then that charging for eeeeverything. Check in – if you don’t want to pay for seats, come back 2 weeks before flight. You come back 2 weeks before flight, fill out all the forms and the end see that your only option is to pay for seats. You don’t want to choose seats? Come back one week before flight. Then the same happens all over again. Oh, come back 48 hours before the flight… Very sneaky! I wait for the moment when they will charge us the very air we breathe inside. Never again!

EDITORS COMMENT: The in fight scratch cards and advertising are very annoying we agree but the charging for seat selection is just standard operation by low cost carriers
