I was denied boarding on my December 15 flight (New Delhi to Frankfurt) by Lufthansa as they said I have I-512 (advance parole), which need sanchen visa. I was never told by Lufthansa that I needed a visa. When I traveled from Boston to New Delhi on 11/19, then also I was never told that I will need a visa. I even traveled through Lufthansa last year on July 27th, 2014 from Bengaluru to Boston (through Frankfurt), but never asked for visa. Your ground staff did not give me any explanation, they did not even offer any help, shameful….

If I don’t get my refund for my ticket, I am going to sue the airlines for mental and physical torture I had to go through on the airport. I had to book another flight for may travel from New Delhi, I paid another airlines USD 2210.
