    Booked with KLM because of online ratings and previous experience.
    Apparently KLM has changed its policies this year:
    1. To take free check-in baggage passenger needs to be a member of flying blue (every passenger including children need separate account to take baggage, which is very inconvenient when traveling as a family of 5).
    2. Spend approximately 3 hours on phone (mostly waiting) to book tickets and to file a damaged baggage report, because of extremely poor costumer service and faulty online forms. Got the impression that costumer service at KLM is in place to make costumers give up on there claims and problems.
    3. Would prefer Ryanair (which is a lot cheaper) over KLM any day.

    Would not recommend anybody to travel with KLM.
