KLM is a Dutch full-service carrier with an extensive European network from Amsterdam. A competent flat-bed business cabin and good catering are available on the Boeing 777 and 787, and a widebody cabin refit is underway with new A350-1000s entering service soon. Long-haul economy seat pitch is tight. Short-haul flights on Embraer, Boeing 737 and Airbus A321neo aircraft are considerably plainer, with no seatback screens. KLM moves short-haul economy to a buy-on-board menu in October 2026, keeping coffee, tea, water, juice and a stroopwafel complimentary.
