On April 24th 2016, I took a trip from Chicago to Accra with my wife and daughter via Amsterdam. I wrote a good review about our experience and the fine service we received when my wife got sick just before takeoff from Amsterdam to Accra. The Pilot determined that she should come off the plane and get better before traveling the next day. The cabin crew as well as the ground crew did everything to make our overnight stay comfortable. My wife felt better and we were able to continue our flight the next day to Accra, Ghana. However, when we got to Accra, after a long wait to pick up our luggage, I was disappointed to find out that my brand new $70 luggage case I purchased for the trip was cracked as if a vehicle had run over it. It was no longer usable.
