We flew Indigo from Mumbai to Bangalore on flight 6E 565 on 15th Jan, 2016. my PNR number: I6ZM6C & it was the most terrible flight experience i ever had.
1. I was seated at seat 28 , the flight attendants all 3 of them were giggling all throughout the flight in the alley which was disturbing as this was a late flight (around 12:10 something) and we wanted to get some rest. There were a bunch of people on the seat 29 who were flirting with Steffi and she kept giggling at them every time she passed the seats. The stewardess giggles in the middle of an announcement and then there was no in flight announcement made for this flight. Nobody checked if the seat belts are on, passengers were sitting with the trays open at the time of take off and this was never addressed as they were all just having fun.
2. the Pilot needs to know basic English. our pilot made ridiculous announcements about the flight being ‘slightly delayed by 4 minutes’ where we were about 40 minutes late for the take off! he announced something gibberish which nobody understood.
3. the take off was super shaky, the landing was scary and the entire flight an useless experience
