    Indigo reschedules the flight by upto 3 hours ( 2 hours prepone and 3 hours postpone). They do not follow the standard airline industry practice of rescheduling or cancelling the reservation at their own cost. I have had similar experiences with Jet Airways and they were very helpful. To top up the experience, the customer care staff is rude and not at all helpful. The airlines treats its customers very rudely and often bosses around. I have flown with indigo many times and the experience was never good.

    It is highly advised that if you have a tightly scheduled itinerary. please do not travel with indigo.
