    Firstly they offered no juice or drinks throughout the 10 hour flight from New Delhi to London(01/06/2016) .They serve dinner but as the child is sleeping they don’t serve her .Breakfast in the morning was served very late and since my child was hungry ..All I got was a bag of crisps ,later when she didn’t have the breakfast ,they said we don’t have anything else to offer .The omelette was too heavy and the croissant was unpalatable .No fruit or juice was served .After requesting nearly thrice for a bar of chocolate (at least )all I got was a rude reply that we offered you milk .If your child can’t have milk how can she have a chocolate?Or else buy chocolates when you get down at the airport..I was appalled by their behavior and their indifference ..Also if you ask the flight attendant about the menu they reply “some vegetarian meal with vegetables maybe ..They do not know the menu at all ..My second flight from London to SFO was much better .Yet the Inflight entertainment was not working for a nearly 11 hour flight …Is it cost cutting at its seasonal best or yet more to come..would not recommend this airlines to anyone.
