    Booked a first class round trip flights from Orlando to Venice through Gatwick. On way over bags were lost and not received for 5 days. On return home bags lost again. British Airways offered no compensation in foreign country other than buy what is NEEDED and submit receipts to get processed for return payment. When you live where they lose your bags you are offered NOTHING and cannot go out and buy anything you may NEED as they do not compensate you at all. Flight on way to Gatwick was so hot and flight crews response was that they could do nothing as it was set at 23 degrees centigrade and that is their temperature. Food in first class should was disgusting to the point the tomato in a salad was rotten. When you called baggage assistance from a foreign country you were on hold for 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer if they did. If this is what you get for first class I am not sure what you would get in coach but this is an airline that should be avoided!
