Alaska Airlines review by Leftoo 2014-12-16

2 new 737 800’s …Soooo uncomfortable. Economy seats look good; but that is all. Very, very cramped. Forget getting out in an emergency. 1 st class seating looks like economy on most airlines. Cabin climate( temperature, humidity) terrible.Hot and dry. One set of flight attendants good the other bad. Flight had over a 3 hour delay due to mechanical failure. Only customer service was a half glass of H2O; and you had to ask.
