There are no stars listed since the flight was cancelled, this is about the worst customer service I have ever seen. Impossible to speak with a human being. After finally getting a refund started and a case number I have been waiting for exactly 142 days now for a refund on a flight THEY cancelled. When I try and contact them about my case I simply get a response that it is being processed. If you don’t like money book flight with Air Asia.
