Despicable service on the SFO-DEL sector. Bathrooms were not functional, there was no soap, toilet rolls or seat covers. Passenger seats in economy was broken. Entertainment system was non functional for the 16 hours of flight. Cabin light was not working. I had to read using my cell phone light. I am surprised that AI didn’t get these checked by ground staff before they took off. If they are trying to save money paying to ground staff in US, I will seriously question what else were they cutting corners on? Is it really safe to travel in AI. Typical Indian attitude – “Chalta hai”. Very disappointed.
