I travelled from New Delhi to USA on Jun 23rd on Flight no AI 110. seat no 18F, Air india Service is horrible
1)No entertainment service, Display screen does not work, If you ask to fix the issue, answer is : please move to last row.
2) Do not ask drink from more than one peg, answer is we are comming and then no one comes, finally we are sorry bar is closed. u will just wait for 4 hours to get stupid answer.
3) you call attendance , someone will switch off the light from back side and no one will respond, it happened 4 times,
4) Food quality is unacceptable.
5) If u misplaced your custom form, there is none if u request for second one.
6) Bathroom / restroom stinks from the beginning.
7) Flight is always delay, if u ask ground member, they will say 30 minutes, which is actually close to 2 hours.
simple language, this airline is useless, staffs are mannerless. a broken unrespected airline.
