Air India review by Manish 2015-01-07

I travelled from SYD-DEL-SYD in Dec 2014 – Jan 2015 in Economy class with my wife and my son, who is an infant. It was a worst flying mistake, I have ever done in my life specially travelling with an infant in Air India. The bassinet request was not fulfilled by the Air India staff even though I booked it in advance. Air India staff at Delhi Airport were rude and careless and don’t bother about our situation. Meals during the flight were not sufficient and no cabin crew were responded on the request so I have to walk to the crew area and request for some snacks. Stay away from this airline!!!!! Pathetic service with no value for money and its tortures to travel by this Airline.
