Missed connection, rerouted to wrong city, baggage lost then returned with both wheels broken. Kiosk failed to file my claim, airline blamed me for it. Weeks of silence. As a student, this cost real time & money. Avoid @airarabia @FlyJinnah

Very disappointing. We had valid SA passports & UAE EIDs. After 5 encounters with Air Arabia staff on 11/09/2026, no visa issue was flagged. I even paid AED780 to change my daughter’s ticket. Only at the boarding gate were we stopped. Poor communication and process.

If you are unfortunate enough to need a cancellation, they brutally confiscate 20% of your hard-earned cash, hoarding it away as a forced credit for future use instead of processing a proper refund. If we cannot travel within this one year, our money is entirely lost. When I cancelled a ticket on December 31, 2025, and rebooked for January 8, they brazenly hijacked 20% of my money, locking it up behind a ridiculous one-year grace period just to hold my own funds hostage. Why are they keeping our money in the first place?. This was one of the worst travel experience I have ever had. They are considering only money . Checking staff and weight counters was highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Refused cash refund for honeymoon flights transiting Sharjah during active Iran–US–Israel conflict. Sent formal legal notice citing Turkish Consumer Law & force majeure — ignored completely. Only offered store credit. Chargeback & SHGM complaint initiated. Avoid.

The worst airline I've ever known - I lost over 400 dirhams in phone calls over two months and my luggage worth 300 dirhams was lost - My request still hasn't been answered since the last email reply on February 23rd!!!!??!!!!!!

This airline is disaster, low level. 4 hours delay in muscat and lost the next flight, no respect to passangers. Just gave sandwich and blanket waiting in crawded sharjeh airport for 18 hours to get next available flight. and they didn't give hotel for that.

Horror Experience with AirArabia A Complete Nightmare. Security staff forced my wife to remove her Bangles & Rings, even though she cannot take them off. Their Pressure caused wounds on her Hands & Fingers, Completely Inhuman & Unacceptable. Their baggage rules are Extremely unfair. Even small handbags were weighed at the Aircraft door, to charged a heavy, unjustified fee. Very poor customer service. Inconsistent ground staff, and terrible Passenger Treatment. Never ever again.
