So, I am on a health kick and am flying around the world over 14 days with business and giving lectures so how am I going to survive with all the temptations of food and wines at the front end.

I'm currently on a health kick and will be traveling around the world for 14 days on business, giving lectures. With all the tempting food and wine options available in business and first class, I'm wondering how I'll stay on track.

I haven't pre-ordered any meals because I'm curious to see what the airlines typically offer on their standard menus. That said, Qantas' "standard menu" for business and first class is far from ordinary, with a wide range of options to choose from.

Here is my first report. My next report will be Korean Air A380 from LA to Seoul.

Geoffrey Thomas was not a guest of Qantas.
