Flying First Class On A Health Kick

Geoffrey Thomas

By Geoffrey Thomas Mon Sep 30, 2024

I'm currently on a health kick and will be traveling around the world for 14 days on business, giving lectures. With all the tempting food and wine options available in business and first class, I'm wondering how I'll stay on track.

I haven't pre-ordered any meals because I'm curious to see what the airlines typically offer on their standard menus. That said, Qantas' "standard menu" for business and first class is far from ordinary, with a wide range of options to choose from.

Here is my first report. My next report will be Korean Air A380 from LA to Seoul.

Geoffrey Thomas was not a guest of Qantas.
