Mandarin Airlines is China Airlines' regional arm, with a fleet of Embraer jets and ATR turboprops flying Taiwanese domestic and short regional routes. Cabins are tidy and cabin service is consistent, which is better than most regional operators manage. There is no entertainment and no premium cabin. ATR services to the offshore islands are the most basic in the network.
