Very cheap flight experience despite paying same as other airlines. I had 6 hours flight and it took them 2 hrs just to serve water. They served refreshment and drinks only once. After that they just stopped giving a fuck to anyone's response. The staff was behaving like they just dont care and were not giving any responce to passengers even after raising the help light multiple times. The other airlines who don't serve alcohol give so much better service. They try to compensate by giving exotic juices and refreshment multiple times. Here passengers had to struggle even for water. After a while passengers started farting because of dehydration. It smelt like hell. Dont think i'll be ever going with this airline again.

Flew on Business to cairo then 3 internal flights then back to Lon /Heathrow./ couldn't fault the Airline /lost Our seat internal to cairo as No Business Available / couldn't fault the food Delicious and Hostess Healpful / Seats very Comfortable in all I would Recommend / We have flowen 13 times To Wa non stop 4 so would consider Ourselves well Traveled

one of the worst airline ever i have use it, they were so racists with me because my nationality, i contact them and i made a compile about what happen but no one care about me, i try to contact them throw social media then they didn’t nt do any thing for me now am contacting a attorney to file a case against them, they have the worst Customer relationship in the world

On Flight # MS986 From JFK on10/22/2020 to CAI I received my brand luggage broker and it can not be used after waiting for it since the plan arrived at 10:20 AM on 10/23/2020 until 11:50 AM when the luggage arrived !!! On Flight # MS985 From CAI on 11/04/2020 to JFK the check in was very quick however they changed my seat location without a reason , seating social distancing was not maintained , they seated me with 2 passenger on the same raw although we are not family & the flight was not full ?!!. EgyptAir security officers were very rude to the passengers they offended most of them throwing away their small bottles of hand sanitizers although it was less than 3 Oz internationally approved size , mainly they do not know how to communicate nicely , they made most of the passengers comment negatively about using EgyptAir in the future "I asked them about their employer and they confirmed EgyptAir" , food was not as expected, over all the trip doesn't worth the money paid for compared to other airlines working on the same route .

Appreciated services. Some pilots lack the experience of smooth landing and take-off. Most stewards/hostesses are polite, helpful and positive, however few are not. I recommend you to fly with Egyptair.

I’ve just returned back from JFK airport where this airline forced my parents to pay extra baggage fees while each has just the number of baggage identified as the international flights information in the booked tickets. Nevertheless, upon trying to discuss with the one in charge and showing him the information received just after booking and assuring that we have never received any update in this regard he refused to solve the issue and even refused to look at the tickets ‘ information. I don’t recommend this airline at all under any circumstances.
