China Airlines is a Taiwanese full-service carrier with excellent cabin crew and well-regarded catering, and a competitive business cabin on the Airbus A350 and Boeing 777. Economy is generously configured and entertainment is comprehensive. Boeing 787-9s and 777-9s on order will replace the ageing Airbus A330s, which are noticeably plainer on regional routes and are the weakest part of the fleet.
