    Traveling to Italy, I bought the ticket through Delta (but the flight was done with KLM) they lost my checked bag after my Amsterdam connection. Upon arrival, I was told it might come the next day, but it only did, leaving us with clothes once purchasing new outfits. The lost and found provided the wrong airline contact information, and it took over an hour for my hotel to reach the right KLM rep about the missing bag.
    When I contacted Delta, the airline I booked through, they claimed no responsibility since KLM mishandled my luggage. Both airlines deflected accountability. The luggage loss, lack of communication, and mutual blame-shifting made the KLM/Delta experience a complete debacle. I strongly caution against using these carriers if other affordable options exist to avoid similar frustrating nightmares.

    NCL-AMS Cabin crew were very attentive and friendly, they made you feel at home and dedicated their effort to helping the passengers every needs. I believe that the Cabin crew are doing an amazing job.

    The only concern that I have is that pieces of ice were coming out of the air conditioner that I was sat under.

    OMA-MSP-AMS-BRS My only complaint was the lack of flight information Staff at Schipol airport, we were all pretty much guessing that we were in the right place then your bussed out to the plane that’s sitting in a plane parking lot.

    Pleasantly surprised on the flight from Amsterdam to Bristol, Unlike US Regional flights they offered a free breakfast, as much coffee, tea, pop that you could drink, comfortable seating, smooth flight that went quickly.
