@etihad fraud: 12h delay after staff blocked our connection gate at AUH. Ruined plans, rerouted via Cairo, lost bags for 3 days. Forced to sleep in a filthy, smelly "holding centre" with jail-like metal doors like jail. Police/military arrested fighting passengers. Never again!
