Father's bag missing 1+ week. Calls to Chicago office unanswered, voicemails ignored. Bag has prescription meds he needs daily. Told it was located — zero follow-up. Had to visit airport 4x to find staff. Complete lack of accountability. Absolutely unacceptable, Etihad!
