Economy class

The flight was 5-6 hours delayed. We were stranded onboard on the runway. No information, no help. We lost all our connecting flights, but Qatar did not care and couldn’t and would not assist in any way. It was a nightmare. Even now, one month later, it’s still impossible to get any contact to just get a confirmation regarding the delay to the insurance company. Qatar is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service and communication!
