Both flight luggages delayed. We couldn’t choose our seats together (couple with a baby travelling) while we paid for it. Luckily one flight could be changes by desk, the other one a man was willing to swap seat. No answer on customer services. 3 times good baby food, 1 time hè just got a different meal but not eatable for a baby 8 months old.
