Poor Air line stranded for more than 24hrs. After canceling my flight. Leave me at the airport with no were to go.

Stranded for 2 days by Royal Air Maroc – forced to spend 2 nights in foreign hotels before finally reaching home I was supposed to fly from Accra to Barcelona via Casablanca on 07.09.2025. Instead, due to endless delays and mismanagement by Royal Air Maroc, I arrived home two full days late after being stranded in Accra and Casablanca, forced to spend two nights in hotels abroad against my will. The nightmare began with flight AT514 (Accra–Casablanca), delayed over 24 hours. This caused me to miss my connection to Barcelona (AT960) and left me stuck in Casablanca without options. Attempts to reroute on AT968 (Valencia) failed due to another 6+ hour delay, making me miss my onward train. Eventually, I had to switch again to AT964 (Casablanca–Barcelona), which was itself delayed. All the while, my checked luggage was inaccessible, and I had to wear the same clothes for three days. This ordeal was humiliating, exhausting, and completely unacceptable. Royal Air Maroc not only failed to deliver me on time, they failed in providing even the minimum care a passenger deserves. Travelers should be warned: this airline left me stranded abroad for two nights and delayed my return home by 48 hours.

Royal Air Maroc provided the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had—and I am a frequent traveler. On a business class trip from New York to Seville, my luggage and that of my travel companion were lost. My AirTag showed that our bags were sitting in Casablanca, yet despite notifying the airline of their exact location, it still took a full week for them to deliver them. During that time, we had no choice but to spend part of our vacation shopping for clothing and basic necessities. We submitted receipts for these expenses (around €380 each, which was reasonable given the circumstances) to Royal Air Maroc for reimbursement. What followed was months of frustrating delays, repeated requests to resubmit documents, and ultimately, after four months, the airline informed us they would reimburse only €186.35—without offering any explanation for how they reached that figure. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers, even those traveling in business class. I almost never write reviews, but this ordeal has been so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others: AVOID ROYAL AIR MAROC AT ALL COSTS
