I recently ravelled CX 100 Syd to Hong Kong I had always regarded Cathay as near to Singapore Airlines in standard however while the service was good the meals have been downsized even in Premium Economy I ate a tough grossly Lamb dish with very little extras that you come to expect . I flew a further leg to a Frankfurt and also faced similar meals which looked a bit tired.
