I did not have a great experience customer service definitely sucks it is worthless to pay before for an extra luggage still get to pay at the time of check in or leaving it behind because if the luggage band can break. The name of the customer that attend me was Bruno Lazaro Tapia Ortega at Tijuana, Mexico defiantly the worst expirience ever.
