British Airways review by Sander 2014-07-11

I fly the 777-300ER four times a year, commuting back and from LHR to Rio. The airplanes seats are hard, uncomfortable ( for being a business class seat ). The meal tastes horrid, and the salad was completely dried out and rotten. Only good thing was that the beverages were free. The inflight entertainment is ok ( a big upgrade from the old 777-200ER ). The staff was mad, and they had places us all around in the plane... The airplane became VERY hot during flight, I did not bother to ask the cabin crew to ask the pilots to turn the temperature down, because the cabin crew would respon saying it's illegal to talk with the pilots... And of course not to mention, not a single european flight that won't be delayed!
