Delta Air Lines review by Samuel 2016-12-20

Delta airlines has been completely uncommitted to customer service. Due to their disorganization, a missing cabin crew member on my flight from Rochester NY to Atlanta GA led to delays which caused me to miss my connecting flight to Johannesburg South Africa. From there I was supposed to catch a flight to Blantyre, Malawi, to visit my family for a precious two weeks. Delta was rude and inefficient from the word go, and on arriving in Johannesburg they are now refusing to put me on a flight to Blantyre until Wednesday, two days after I was supposed to arrive, despite seats being available on other flights to Blantyre; instead, they have forced me to stay in Johannesburg where I know no one for two nights. They are unwilling to budge or accommodate me in any way. Never, ever fly Delta.
