Bad customer service, infact horrendous. Lack of patience, lack of alternative solution, lack of understanding. I understand you have to deal with customers everyday, but if you intend to be a serviceable industry, it is your job! Filed a complaint previously once again for the same matter, AND received no return, bad follow up. No wonder employee's feel that they can do whatever they want. Because management do not follow up complaints. This is probably why the airline is loosing so many of its customers! Horrible horrible service!!!
