Check-in was quite bad, with a 45-minute line. No kiosk to check in for those who don't need to check baggage. We were put on standby despite showing up on time. No explanation offered for why we were on standby. It's clear the employees are fed up with customer complaints -- I imagine they're nonstop. We ended up getting on the flight in the end. And my husband's seat flap had gum in it. Don't do it, people. Don't.
