Worst Service, Pathetic Service. Never travel with Indigo. My brother was scheduled to board the flight on 3rd Feb 2014. He was carrying his valid Driving License Card as photo identity proof. But he was not allowed to board the flight. The flight attendants told him that with the Driving License Card he is not allowed to board the flight. As per the guidelines shared on the website of Indigo (https://content.goindigo.in/Information/FAQ), it has been clearly mentioned that Driving Licence is the valid Photo identification proof in flight coming from Nepal. This was a really terrible and horrifying experience for him and he caused a lot of stress and mental pressure (including family members). He has to canceled his meetings plans because of the inconvenience caused by indigo. No refund as of now from Indigo.
