Our bags did not turn up in Grenada after transiting through Barcelona. The real problem was the way this was handled by Vueling. Communication was non-existent and the required compensation for purchasing essentials while we waited for bags impossible to get. When the bags finally arrived they were delivered to the owner of the apartment we were staying in and not to the apartment as requested which meant a long trek over cobblestones late at night with our luggage. Trying to get the compensation for money spent on toiletries, chargers etc was a fruitless task. The website had no information, emails were never responded to and, when I finally spoke to a human being, I was given incorrect information. There is simply no customer service or communication from this airline.
