While touring Europe, we arrived over 2 hours early in Prague for a flight to Rome. We were not allowed to check into our flight at the self-help kiosk, so we proceeded to the desk. There was a line a mile long and only 1 worker, who spent most of his time flirting with the ladies on either side of him working for other airlines. When we finally began check in, we were told that because we had not checked in at least 2 hours prior to flight time, we would be charged $60 per person for boarding passes. We arrived in plenty of time, had the worker been doing his job. We had issues with our return flight and tried to contact customer service to ask questions to make sure we were not going to be charged the ridiculous fees again. Totally non-existent. You cannot contact anyone, and they finally returned my email AFTER our flight. The crew was bored and robotic. Worst customer service I have ever encountered from a company. Will never use Ryanair again.
