Etihad Airways Worst experience ever had with etihad airways shockingly to state that they on there own cancelled my sons flight 2 times who were travelling with infant and faced alot of problem delays etc. Again after reaching melborne they understand that there is no booking or confirmation upto Auckland, when we confirmed from abudhabi airport lazy staff not even doing efforts to help there long flight passengers who are struggling with infants, how would it look to their people if it happens to them. i would not ever recommend Etihad airways again to anyone nor will i use this airline ever again....worst experience worst airline....not again never man.
