Buying ticket, easy. Checking-in, pain free. Cabin staff, great. Seat, fine. Flight, fine. But if anything goes wrong, everything breaks down. An error by ticketing staff cancels our tickets 4 days before departure. Entry error/mistake which they openly admit. However, despite 4 1/2 on the phone and emailing, at huge cost and time wasting during holidays, on the day before departure, still no fix and I end up having to spend another 4800kr on top of 6300kr already paid to get my tickets issued! So, when everything is normal and you don't need human intervention, great, but if anything goes wrong with ticket, you are stuffed and left empty handed.
