Only "Spice" No "Jet". I booked a ticket from Mumbai to New Delhi (Ticket attached) hoping that I would be able to see my doctor and undergo scheduled medical checkup. Thanks to Spicejet, I missed both. The flight got cancelled without any prior information or notification in any form. I was left stranded at the Mumbai airport killing my time speaking with Spicejet guys who were both rude and non-cooperating. They were least interested in sorting things out and kept saying that they sent a mail a day before which I still can't find in my inbox. And as if it was not enough, when I told them that I have a doctor's appointment, their reply was, "You should have told us before" !!!. So next time you choose Spicejet please make sure you provide all your trip/personal details to them. Eventually, after arguing for 3 hours they accommodated me in a flight (Indigo), that departed after 2 hours, wasting my 5 crucial hours. I do not know how these guys operate, but such non-professional in fact irresponsible attitude and rude behavior tells clearly about the quality of this airline. This was the most horrifying experience ever.
