Turkish Airlines review by Robert 2015-11-29

To start with the website: it is outdated and user unfriendly. The plane for our 13 hour flight was also old and small, the inflight entertainment was not better at all. Food was fine. Return flight was delayed, that can happen, but no info provided and the baggsge drop had the slowest moving line i have ever seen. Averaging 1 person per 15 min for 6 open counters. Ridiculous. No idea who votes them Europes best airline, but easyjet outperforms them.
