Traveled from Turin to Rome in June 2015 While in business trip in Turin, decided to explore Rome if I found a good deal. I did through Vueling. At the beginning I was afraid of the low cost airlines (past experiences) but in this case I was osurprised by the performance of the airline. On time, comfortable seats, good service on board, good service checking in and of course a good price. Not sure if this was the exception, but I can just express my personal experience on this trip.
