Etihad Airways review by Sakib 2014-12-27

Cabin crew was rude. One lady kept pushing the carts hitting passengers while seated. I had a 12 hour transit going to Dhaka, from Toronto, holding a Bangladeshi passport. I had requested for a hotel voucher but was not given any. They gave me two meal vouchers instead. Abu Dhabi airport itself is a crowded airport. Smoking lounges were not properly equipped and smoke was seeping into the the non-smoking area. Emirates provides hotel vouchers for even 8 hours or longer. Honestly, cannot defend this.
