LOT Polish Airlines review by Glenn 2016-08-18

Flew 7/1/16 CHICAGO-WARSAW-RIGA on Boeing 787 and Dash 8-400 and back 7/24/16 RIGA-WARSAW-CHICAGO both on Business Class. Seats, food and service were excellent both ways. Flight Attendants were extremely friendly and attentive. On the Riga to Warsaw return , the Flight Attendant even went out of her way to retrieve my carry-on luggage from the cart as they were being unloaded in Warsaw, handed it to me and directed me to a special van waiting at the tarmac for the Business Class passengers to take us to the terminal ahead of other passengers. Very pleasant experience and will definitely fly with them again next year going the same route. I would definitely recommend flying Lot Business Class.
