EVA Air review by David 2015-01-16

I fly EVA to get from Osaka to Los Angeles. It's cheaper than ANA, JAL, or United but a bit out of the way. Service is better than United by far (KIX-SFO is horrible) but not as good as ANA or JAL. The food can get a bit tedious just from repetition but I liked it. One time the meal had cilantro in it and my wife just couldn't eat a bit of it. Sometimes the manners of your fellow passengers can be different than your own, but that's no fault of the airline. My wife's biggest complaint is that the CAs always address her in Chinese even after she replies in English. She's Japanese and can't speak a lick of Chinese. They always have a fun toy for my 4 year old daughter too.
